One Mahuarngi Business Association is an incorporated society registered with the New Zealand Companies Office.
Under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, our constitution set out the principles and precedents to govern our organisation including objectives, membership, the election of the committee, and more. This constitution was updated as part of the BID establishment process to align with Auckland Council’s BID Policy requirements. The Business Improvement District (BID) Policy sets out the rules for governing a BID programme.
