AIM is a vocational service based in Warkworth that promotes inclusion and facilitates community participation for adults with intellectual disabilities.

  • We aim to provide a flexible, person-directed vocational service.
  • Our Programme Manager supports each participant to create their own Life Goals Plan.
  • We offer an extensive mentoring programme based on the Enabling Good Lives approach.

Enabling Good Lives (EGL) is a new approach to supporting disabled people that offers greater choice and control over the supports they receive, so that they can plan for the lives they want.

  • We also provide a broad range of activity options, both on and off our premises.
  • Our artisan gifts range (Aroha te Ao / Love the World) is a social enterprise where unique, handmade products are created on our premises. All products follow our environmental/ sustainability/recycling focus.
  • AIM (Adults in Motion) Inc. is a registered charity in New Zealand.
